• Parking fees, toll charges, and interstate permit costs are additional.

• A day is defined as a calendar day, starting from 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM.

• Driver allowance will be charged separately for driving between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

• Total kilometers and duration will be calculated from office to office.

• AC will not be operational in hilly areas (during ascent) or when the vehicle is stationary/parked.

• For trips to hill stations, night halt charges and hill station fees will apply.
